"FOR THE LOVE OF DANCE" EVENT
Sunday Feb. 12th, 2:45-4:30pm
This "Valentine Theme" event features various instructors who will conduct mini-classes of different dance formats. Each instructor will conduct appx. 20mins of a dance class of either Zumba, Hip-Hop, Old School Hi/Low Aerobics, Breakdance, etc. There will be loads of fun and special treats for all. Join us and you too will fall in love with Dance!
The Club's aerobic and conditioning programs are designed to provide a safe and efficient method of improving your individual fitness levels.
Your workout follows a physiologically sound progression, using the latest innovative techniques and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) standards.
All classes begin with a warm-up phase, progress to an aerobic phase, and conclude with a cool-down phase.
