(Core Works Department)

We are committed to providing you with the education and equipment needed to develop a program of cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strengthening and development, weight loss, endurance and flexibility.

Accordingly, the Club's Cardiovascular Fitness Center continually purchases state of the art equipment which currently includes:

  • Lifefitness Heart Rate Treadmills

  • Lifecycle Heart Rate Recumbent & Upright Exercise Bikes

  • Precor and Lifefitness Elliptical Crosstrainers

  • Nordic Track X-Country Ski Machines

  • Concept 11 Rowing Machines

  • Cybex Upper Body Ergometer

  • Johnny G. Spin Bikes

For weight training, muscle building and strengthening, we have

  • Wide range of free weights, barbells and medicine balls

  • Magnum Smith machine and Paramount Cross Pulley

  • Complete line of Cybex machines for upper and lower body

  • Stairmaster gravity assisted upper body machine

For program development we offer:

  • Computerized "Microfit" Assessment consisting of:

    1. Medical & Health Questionnaire

    2. Strength & Flexibility assessment

    3. Body composition

    4. Aerobic conditioning including: blood pressure and heart rate monitor

    5. Recommendations for program & exercise development

Personal Training

Be the best you can be with our certified personal trainers. You'll see results as you achieve your levels of satisfaction safely efficiently and effectively with a professional personal trainer who will guide you through your workouts. Your trainer will instruct and educate you in the following:

  • Sport specific conditioning programs

  • Weight management programs

  • Exercise programs for individuals with physical limitations
    (upon physician's approval)

  • Balance and mind-body integration exercises

  • Establishing a balanced approach to one's healthy lifestyle

  • through recreation, nutrition management and a well designed exercise program

Enjoy working out with your friend(s). The Club also provides small group personal training which includes speaking and exercise seminars.
