Aerobics

The Club's aerobic and conditioning programs are designed to provide a safe and efficient method of improving your individual fitness levels.  Your workout follows a physiologically sound progression, using the latest innovative techniques and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) standards.

All classes begin with a warm-up phase, progress to an aerobic phase, and conclude with a cool-down phase. Classes include:

  • Body Sculpting

  • Body Sculpting/Stretch

  • Cardio Interval Training

  • Combination Impact Aerobics

  • Functional X-training

  • Pilates

  • Low Impact Aerobics

  • Spin Cycles
