Turkey Burn Fitness Day

TRX, or “Total Resistance Cross Training” focuses on total body strength and conditioning as it activates muscle group fibers, moves the body thru all planes of motion and rigorously incorporates the core. The TRX also uses a person’s own body weight to provide resistance for strength training which is safe and effective for increasing joint mobility and range of motion.
